Our philosophy is that what is taught and how it is taught are the most important factors in student achievement. UEE focuses on these factors with an innovative reading comprehension curriculum for grades K-6, curriculum-specific teacher training and student assessments.

UEE also captures best practices for teaching reading and shares this knowledge with the entire client school network through our online services. Our integrated system for teaching reading delivers powerful results (see sidebar at right).

All partner teachers have unlimited access to our curriculum and expertise, and UEE works closely with school leaders to determine exactly how much and what type of training their teachers need.
